Wild Life Botanicals is made in Cornwall and pitches itself as ‘bubbles with benefits’ — ultra-low 0.5% sparkling wine dosed with botanicals (lemon balm, damask rose, ashwagandha, damiana, rosemary) and seven vitamins. The blush pours a proper pale pink and drinks drier than you expect, with the rose florals doing most of the aromatic work.
At under 35 calories a glass — around 60% fewer than champagne — and the handy 20cl single-serve bottle, it solves the ‘just one glass at dinner’ problem neatly. One of the few AF wines that feels designed rather than de-alcoholised.
