Whitley Neill’s rhubarb and ginger gin built its reputation on being easy to like, and the 0.0% version keeps that bargain. The rhubarb gives it a tart, jammy top note and the ginger warms up the finish enough that you notice something happened — a common failure point for alcohol-free spirits, which often just taste like flavoured water once the tonic goes in.
It is made in the UK on a spinning cone still, the same low-temperature technique wineries use to pull alcohol out without boiling off the flavour. At 26 kcal per 100ml and regularly under £12 a bottle, it is one of the cheapest ways into decent AF spirits.
