The single-serve can is quietly the best format in alcohol-free wine — no flat half-bottle in the fridge door, no commitment — and Eisberg got there early. These 200ml cans hold their fizz well, pour cold and crisp, and the sparkling blanc drinks like a light, off-dry cava stand-in.
Eisberg has been in the dealcoholised wine game longer than almost anyone in the UK, and at around £2 a can it is the cheapest way to have proper AF fizz on standby for guests, picnics or a Tuesday. Not a fine wine experience — a genuinely useful one.
